		<description>I like mixing PMBOK and Scrum.  Keep in mind that PMBOK is more than a software SDLC and does not impose a the traditional waterfall approach.  Conversely SCRUM is limited a ongoing development and does not extend to startup and closure of project nor the establishment of the requirments pipeline or the organizational control processes.  I like SCRUM because it simplifies task and scope management in an chaotic area.</description>
